Libas Textiles Ltd. as state-of-the-art machinery for fabric dyeing and finishing. For its intensive experience and expertise, it’s dyeing process results in a clone-like uniformity in fabric dyeing.

Sample: Our sample unit is Independent and we are using the same facility what we are using in our dyeing production unit, the difference is just the production capacity. Our sample section’s machine capacity is between 10-100kg & we have 5 sample dyeing machine.

Production: The Company’s ultramodern process house comprises the latest equipment’s and machinery in the world. Latest soft flow dyeing machines from FONGS (Germany) & Acme (Taiwan). Machines can dye polyester under high temperature and pressure conditions. Producing dyed fabric without any pilling due to low liquid pressure and double nozzle system, In the dyeing Finishing Section we have both Open and tubeter fabric finishing line. To have perfect finishing on fabric we are using world class machine with most modern technology.

Total Dyeing Capacity: 25 Tons/day.

When the gray fabric roll comes from the knitting section or other source it is required to prepare the batch of fabric for dyeing according to order sheet, dyeing shade, m/c capacity, m/c availability etc. we have 02 nos of Air Turning Machine of Italy.

Printing Section: Printing unit is well equipped with necessary equipments including Auto Print Machine. We are capable to print various types such as flock, discharge, emboss, sugar print, all types of stone and studs heat transfer and many special types of printing.
We can print 50,000 pcs/day.

Embroidery: Libas Textiles Ltd. has 2 fully computerized multi-head automatic embroidery machines from TAJIMA, Japan, to offer about 4 million stitches of quality embellishments a day. We are capable to embroidery Satin Stitch, Tatami Stitch, Zigzag Stitch, E Stitch, Run Stitch, Motif Stitch etc.

Garments Sewing: The next stage is the sewing. The process starts with sewing work using various types of sewing machines and in general it ends by attaching & holing button using necessary machines. Dynamic IE team is continuously developing the easy methods to get the maximum efficient productivity from the sewing lines. Our sewing machines are equipped with auto trimmers, lock stitch, button stitch, chain stitch and auto button hole machines. All sewing lines are under constant and continuous inspection by quality monitoring team to generate perfection. We have 1400 no’s of sewing machine from Pegasus, Kansai & Brother brand, JAPAN.

Garments Finishing: At this stage products goes through various steps like removal of loose thread, tagging, folding & hanging with hanger & poly bag. Our finishing section is equipped with vacuum steam press table, needle detector, thread blower, strain remover, carton box striper etc.

Cutting: The first stage in garment production is cutting. In this section, materials are cut according to the pattern determined and designed. We have both manual & automated system for pattern cutting.

Cutting Capacity is 80,000 pcs/day
